Erika is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA) and a practising Sports Dietitian. She enjoys all aspects of nutrition, with a particular interest in assisting people to make sustainable long-term changes to improve their health. This includes dietary intervention for the management of high cholesterol, hypertension, weight loss and maintenance, insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes.
Additionally, Erika is passionate about sports nutrition and gut health including dietary interventions to manage Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), food allergies and intolerance.
Erika is committed to continual professional education, providing tailored nutrition advice and evidence based interventions for any nutritional issue.
